What It’s Like to Work Together.

Most teams come to me during moments of growth, change, or complexity—when the people side of the business needs to catch up. Here’s how I step in and what you can expect from working together.

What does “fractional Head of People” actually mean?

It means you get senior, executive-level people leadership without hiring a full-time role. I step in as an embedded partner to help design, lead, and operationalize your people strategy—focused on what the business needs most right now.

How do you typically work with teams?

I embed quickly with leadership, align on priorities, and focus on building practical systems that drive clarity and momentum. Engagements can be ongoing fractional support or project-based, depending on what’s needed.

Do you work with existing HR teams?

Yes. I often partner with or support existing HR resources, helping bring structure, direction, and senior-level guidance while enabling the team to operate more effectively.

How long do engagements usually last?

It depends on the need. Some teams bring me in for a few months to build a foundation, while others engage longer-term for ongoing fractional leadership.

When does it make sense to bring you in?

Typically during periods of growth, transition, or when the people side of the business hasn’t kept pace. That might look like scaling a team, building structure for the first time, or navigating change that requires experienced leadership.

How is this different from a consultant?

I don’t just advise—I help lead and implement. My role is to bring both strategy and execution, working alongside your team to ensure things actually get built, adopted, and sustained.

What types of companies do you typically work with?

I work with growing organizations across industries—often founder-led or leadership-driven teams that need experienced people leadership but aren’t ready to hire a full-time executive.

What kind of impact should we expect?

Clearer structure, stronger leadership alignment, and people systems that actually support the business as it grows. The goal is always to reduce friction and create momentum.
